A black rice salmon or tuna and avocado norimaki roll with a side of miso and seaweed. Delish!

My homemade chunky granola because it leaves the kitchen smelling divine.

Alchemy Cafe in Ubud have a raw vegan 'uncook book' that I bought while travelling around Bali, it's my bible now.

What city, from your travels, has the best food?
Starting to sound like a broken record now but Bali in general has the BEST health food scene I've ever experienced!
What’s your favourite ingredient to use in cooking?
I'm a big fan of bitter foods like pickles and capers, if I can get them into a dish I will.
Best place (or website) to get gorge bits for the kitchen?
Stock Design Homeware or the Dublin Flea for bits and bobs.
Cheesecake! (until I found out I'm dairy intolerant, devo).
A good old reliable G&T (Hendricks only please & thanks).
What six people would make up your dream dinner party?
Rihanna, Jack Karouac, Louis CK, Tina Fey, Russell Brand and some filthy ride like Brad Pitt or Cody Simpson (guilty pleasure) to make up the numbers.
What food/ ingredient do you detest?
Dairy and eggs because I'm intolerant to both so they make me feel sick. Bleugh.
