Ah, my favourite dish would have to be my slow cooked lamb tangine it's one of those dishes that everyone asks me to make and it never gets old!

Mediterranean.

That's so hard! The Greenery for some eggs!

Cape Town! 

What’s your favourite ingredient to use in cooking? 

I'm all about spices! Cumin, cinnamon & smoked paprika. 

Best place (or website) to get gorge bits for the kitchen? 

I love Industry on Drury St. but I'm also loving Dunnes at the moment; Considered by Helen James is gorgeous. 

Favourite dessert? 

Banoffee pie; I have a thing for cream... But I have a sweet tooth, so I'm kinda sold at the thought of any type of homemade cake.

Favourite tipple?

Gin and tonic.

What six people would make up your dream dinner party? 

Graham Norton, James Gordon, Tom Hardy (for obvious reasons), Tina Fay, Rebel Wilson & Larry David.

What food/ ingredient do you detest? 

Oysters & Bovril.
